Prior to her appointment as CEO, Suzanne served as BrightRock’s Deputy CEO for five years, where she was responsible for our client operational, HR and brand marketing functions. A co-founder of BrightRock, she has over two decades of experience in financial services and serves on several boards.
Sean is a co-founder and Executive Director at BrightRock. He’s led the sales and distribution function for BrightRock since inception and is now responsible for all client operational functions. He’s worked in senior positions in financial services for more than three decades, having set up and run distribution for major life insurance companies in South Africa and the United Kingdom before co-founding BrightRock.
